Flights of Fantasy - Ineke

The more possibilities, the more difficult for me. My idea came only a few days ago so I had to hurry and I hate being late.
My subject is Jurassic Park. I made a background of several self printed fabrics. I was not satisfied and fused others over them. On top you can see the Master himself. Do you recognize him?
That "Dino thing" , well that's my own fantasy. It looks if he is wearing a cap, isn't it??
I needle punched it from Merino wool, stitched it on the background and stitched over it again.
Am I satisfied? No, but I made it.

  2. Ineke, I love it!!! How did you get Stephen (it is Spielberg, right?) on the fabric? Transfer...maybe you said in your note. I'll reread!

  6. I would be very satisfied with this! I think it looks great and, to me, evokes the idea of mayhem that a dinosaur would definitely cause.

  9. Very timely for me to see this, as I watched Jurassic Park last weekend with my 4 year old grandson, It is a really nice piece and love how you worked the different parts in. Just wish it was a bit bigger photo to see more detail as a whole.
