Abstract - Nancy Frith - "Undersea Impressions"
Pieced and top stitched fabric embellished with oil pastel.
do you iron the oil pastels to set them? Love the feel of underwater life/colors. I have many small pieces of batiks from someone else's underwater quilt, so this provides great inspiration to use them up
What a gorgeous collection of sea colours. And the touches of orange and gold make me think of fish darting in between the coral reefs.
ReplyDeleteVery nice capture of the sea colours.. I loved the quilting at the top as well
