In October to December 2012 the group underwent some changes.
Many of the original members dropped out along the way, only 7 members wanted to continue, so they recruited 24 new members.
It was decided to have a challenge every 2 months, all challenge quilts would be the same size A3 (11.5" x 16.5") and setting order would be alphabetical by 1st name.

At the end of 2016 there were 21 members.
During the year of 2017 group numbers were increased to ensure at least 20 quilts were posted for each challenge.
The order of setting the challenge was changed from 'alphabetical by first name' to be 'the person who had posted the most challenges since last setting a challenge'.
A formal "Waiting List" for the group was created and the administrators became more diligent at making sure members were participating in challenges, and removing those who were no longer active.
This created a rapid turnover of members during the 2017 year.
