Our thumbs move in all directions; which make them free as a bird. The background was collaged and quilted with wavy lines. 12 weight thread was stitched on to make the wire. Then I stamped my thumb print and then decorated them as birds.

ReplyDeleteHow creative!! What a great take on the theme. Your little birds are so cute, and each one looks different. Nice composition with the way you draped the wires across the piece. The wire has lots of interest and movement.
