So I decided I would need lots of "inspiration" to find the right design.
Background: mini sized fabric scrapes layered in a rainbow design.
rhinestone "dewdrops", commercial stamp.
Figure: paper bag, wet and crumpled, then lightly painted.
Dress: lace and ribbons.
Hair: pearle cotton thread.
Tattoos: marker, pencil and Scribbles 3D fabric paint.
Inspiration items: Scribbles 3D fabric paint.
Free motion quilting on my domestic machine.

I'm still not sure I'm ready for a tattoo but it was fun dreaming about it.
