Snowflake - Lizz Ploppert

Snowflake - Lizz Ploppert

I went "cartoony" this challenge! My naughty cat is named Snowflake!
No great message here (just maybe to keep the birdcage door latched!)
I tried something much more complicated and in the end went with KISS -
Keep It Simple, Stupid!
I'll give "complicated" another shot with the next challenge!

  1. Sometimes you just 'have to do what you have to do' AND this piece is charming!!! Love the fact you had a cat name 'snowflake'!! Wonderful, Lizz!

  2. There is beauty in simplicity and this quilt has it! I just love the expression on snowflake's face!

  3. Cute Snowflake. I think it is too late to close the birdcage door - she already looks like the cat that ate the canary.
I too like the KISS principle, although I didn't use it this time around.

  4. I am allergic to cats, but I love your quilt, A full cat is a happy cat. Just because you say it simple doesnt mean you have not put a lot of thought and work into the piece, just as you have.
