Monochromatic 2 - Denise Griffiths

Monachromatic -  Denise Griffiths - "Mono Check!!"

Well, I got my challenge done today, CHECK !!

I didn't think I would have time after coming home from holidays in Bali.

This is where I admit I cheated a bit, sort of. I have had a lot of these pieces made up and in my UFO shelf for years. I remember seeing it while searching for things for our last challenge. It is all shades of blue, even the light grey pieces are blueish. Perfect.

Knew it would come in handy one day. Now, what to do with the rest of my UFO's.

  5. I just love this quilt and have always wanted to try this piecing technique but never did. The tiny striped binding is a great choice too! :)
