ReplyDeleteCute, love the blue bird, that's one thing about monochromatic for me - I always want to put in just a pop of colour.

ReplyDeleteSince the bird is on all the others, I had to add him. I forgot him on one piece but went back and put him in!

Very interesting piece, need to study carefully to see how you made this work, background / subject contrast.
How many fabrics have you used?
Fleur, I just used 3 fabrics and I think I've used them before in challenges. I haven't been in a quilt shop in ages because I have a huge stash. I know if I went over to my favorite shop here in Las Vegas I would walk out with lots so I'm waiting until I have a project in mind!
