Something Blue

While sitting at the computer this morning trying to work out which of the ideas rolling around in my head would find their way into the next challenge, I caught sight of this out of the corner of my eye through the window. A mad dash for the camera and I got this picture . Hmmm it now fits the something blue part of the challenge. Time will tell if it will find its way into the March challenge quilt.

What a fabulous shot! It almost looks like a very complex linoprint. Would love to see what you can do with this as the starting point.

Thanks Kathryn, not sure if I'll use it this time but never say never. All it took was 2 or 3 simple steps in PSE.The many grasses in the background add heaps to the texture. I am wanting to get some thermofax screens done with some of my wildlife photos.Having a great time this week getting pics of echidna, snakes, lyrebirds etc instead of sewing.

Beautiful! I hope you use it in something. I just realized that "deer" is a kangaroo! LOL
Funny how we see what we expect to see first!!!! None of those guys live around here in California except MAYBE in a zoo.
